In the occurrence that the Event is cancelled before the official published start date, a full refund will be issued. If a player withdraws from the Event 45 days prior to the official published start date, a refund  of registration fees paid less 25% will be issued. No refunds will be issued for withdraw less than 45 days prior to the official published start date. No refunds will be issued of the Event is shortened in part for any reason, including weather, medical emergencies, or any “Act of God”. Goat Farm Sports LLC, its officers, employees, staff and affiliate partners will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any individual if the Event is canceled in whole or in part.
